You can buy and sell Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether, and USDCoin at FlyingAtom Bitcoin ATMs.

Simple to use and quick in realization

Select the "Buy bitcoin" tile. A screen should appear on your device asking you to scan your address to which the coins will be sent.

Apply your QR code with the address of your wallet to the scanner, which is located on the right side below the screen. After scanning the code you will proceed to purchase cryptocurrency.

ATM will prompt you to insert the banknotes into the tray at the bottom left of the machine. Insert banknotes one at a time.

After inserting a bill, a screen will appear with the deposited amount and the suggested amount of cryptocurrency. Select "Send Coins" after all bills have been inserted.

Once you start the transaction, you will be taken to the final screen. Thank you for purchasing cryptocurrencies at FlyingAtom Bitomat.

Select the "Buy bitcoin" tile. A screen should appear on your device with an option to set a withdrawal amount. The minimum withdrawal amount is 100 PLN.

Enter the amount you want to sell the cryptocurrency for. The total withdrawn amount must be a multiple of 100 PLN. Then click the "Withdraw" button.

In the next step, you will need to enter your email address to authenticate the transaction. After entering the address, press the "send" button.

For authentication, you will also need to provide a phone number to which a confirmation code will be sent.

After confirming your phone number, you will see a screen with the option to enter the security code you received via SMS to the number you provided.

I sent too little BTC. How do I complete the transaction?

It is likely that the amount of BTC sent did not include the transaction fee. You need to send the missing difference to the same BTC address as the too small transaction quantity. After sending the difference and its 1 confirmation on the network, you will be able to collect the money in the bitomat. If the missing quantity is not known, please contact by email: [email protected]

What is the lowest exchange amount in Bitcoin ATM?

In the case of selling and buying cryptocurrency, these are multiples of 100 PLN.

Bitcoin ATM is not working. What to do?

Please report a problem with bitomat by calling: +48 535 230 000 stating the location and exact problem (screen not responding, message displayed). If the problem was not solved remotely or you were unable to reach us, please send a report by email to: [email protected].

The bitmachine has pulled in the bill(s), but the amount is not displayed on the screen.

In this case please contact us by email: [email protected]. In a request should be the address to which BTC was sent, the amount which was put into the bitomat, forms of reimbursement are: sending BTC to an indicated address (please specify the address to which you want to send the difference or write that you can send it to the old address) at the current rate of BTC from our side or returning cash in one of our offices.

How much maximum can I exchange bitcoin or other cryptocurrency with you?

There is no daily limit when exchanging cryptocurrencies. However, it is always a good idea to give us advance notice of exchanging more so that we can prepare for such an exchange.

I ordered a withdrawal through an online currency exchange, but bitomat does not work. What to do?

Please report a problem with bitomat by phone: +48 535 230 000 If the problem has not been resolved remotely or you have been unable to reach us by phone please email your report to: [email protected]. Please note that according to our terms and conditions transactions cannot be reversed and cash pickup destination cannot be changed. Maximum time to restore bitomat to function is 5 business days.

Bitcoin ATM spent some of the money?

Please send us an email containing the phone number or email address used for verification, the amount you want the bitmate to spend and the amount you have spent. After verifying that everything is correct you will be informed about the possibility of withdrawing the remaining amount.

What is the maximum transaction amount in Bitcoin ATM?

The maximum transaction amount is 60000PLN. When using online sales in the "Online exchange" tab, the transaction limit is 40000PLN.

Bitcoin ATM doesn't want to spend money?

Please verify that the correct amount of BTC was sent and that the transaction was confirmed. If the above is correct please send an email to [email protected] with the amount of the transaction and the email address or phone number used for verification. After verifying that everything checks out, you will be notified when you can withdraw.

What denominations does the bitomat accept?

FlyingAtom bit machines accept all available Polish banknotes up to 500PLN. Please note that the amount paid is deducted for the shipping listed in the terms and conditions.

I ordered a withdrawal through an online exchange office and did not receive the cash within 72h. How do I get my money back?

Such incident should be reported by e-mail to: [email protected] - after verification of the report you will receive a reply with further instructions.

Bitcoin ATM won't read QR code from phone when buying bitcoin. What to do?

For wallets with dark color scheme "Dark Theme" please display QRCode in bitcoin explorer (e.g. blockchain.com/en/explorer) or change to light color scheme. Set your phone screen brightness to maximum, disable f.lux screen filters. If this does not work, it is possible that the QR code is too large / too small or has a poor contrast. In this case we recommend using blockchain explorer such as blockchain.com/en/explorer, after pasting the wallet address you should zoom in on the QR code of your wallet and try to load it.

I have sent bitcoins. How long do I have to wait before I can withdraw cash from the Bitcoin ATM?

The cash payout for selling BTC is possible after the transaction is first confirmed by bitcoin's blockchain network.
