The current rate for selling/buying BTC is displayed in the "Bitmats" tab. This rate is inclusive of our commission. Sales can be made directly through the "Kantor online" tab and money can be collected at the office or bitomat.

We carry out verification with an identity document if the amount exceeds EUR 1000. In the case of exchanging an amount up to EUR 1000, an identity card is not necessary.

We pay out cash on the spot, after receiving 1 confirmation on the blockchain in case of BTC, in case of other cryptocurrencies we wait for crediting to our wallet.

The bitcoin exchange rate displayed in the "Bitcoins" tab takes commissions into account, above in the table you can find all the commission values. If the amount does not exceed 10000 PLN - a fixed commission of 150PLN should be deducted from the transaction amount and the rest of the transaction amount for buying/selling bitcoin is done at exchange rates displayed in the "Bitcoins" tab.

You can send cryptocurrencies either before coming to the office or while in the office. However, we prefer email contact (sending the address and setting the exchange rate), which greatly expedites the exchange of BTC or other cryptocurrency for fiat.

Of course it is legal. We are a registered company in Poland, which issues documents for each transaction. Moreover, according to the position of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority, there are no provisions in the Polish legal system prohibiting the conduct of activities as cryptocurrency exchange offices.

FlyingAtom bit machines accept all available Polish banknotes up to 500PLN. Please note that a 20PLN shipping fee for BTC or a 100PLN shipping fee for ETH, USDT, USDC is deducted from the amount deposited.

For wallets with dark color scheme "Dark Theme" please display QRCode in bitcoin explorer (e.g. blockchain.com/en/explorer) or change to light color scheme. Set your phone screen brightness to maximum, disable f.lux screen filters. If this does not work, it is possible that the QR code is too large / too small or has a poor contrast. In this case we recommend using blockchain explorer such as blockchain.com/en/explorer, after pasting the wallet address you should zoom in on the QR code of your wallet and try to load it.

The cash payout for selling BTC is possible after the transaction is first confirmed by bitcoin's blockchain network.
